Unauthorized Housing Companies Contacting Exhibitors & Attendees
Please be vigilant if approached by any company or service other than OnPeak, EFA’s Official Housing Provider, that implies or claims to be an official housing provider of EFA. We have been made aware of other housing companies or travel agencies that may be aggressively pursuing you, or your company, to book your guest rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts. EFA has NO affiliation with these organizations and in no way endorses their services.

EFA has free pre-show marketing tools for you to use through a platform called Feathr. The tools available to you are a custom landing page, a custom web ad, and a custom email template. You can access these tools via your Feathr dashboard. Companies who contracted booth space prior to February 15 were emailed a link to their dashboard on February 21. If you cannot find this email, please request your link here. If you contracted after February 15 and need a dashboard made for you, please submit your request here. Here is some more info about each of these tools:
Landing Page: This is a page that can be branded with your logo, company description, and includes your booth number. When posting on social media, link to this page to give your customers a place to go for more information. View example
Web Ad: A web ad with your booth number has been made for you. Post this 300 x 250 ad on your website or include in the bottom of your emails. Link your landing page to it as well. View example
Email Template: Use this email template to use to invite your customers/prospects to join you at EFA. You can either upload a list via the “import list” button and send emails through Feathr, or you can export the email and send through your own platform. View example
Turnkey Postcard Program
Invite your customers and prospects to visit your booth at EFA! Promote your brand/products, invite buyers to schedule meetings, visit your booth, and see new products. There is an option available to mail to pre-registered attendees as well. Printing, postage and mailing included. Learn more at EFAdirectmail.com
Email List Rental Program
The EFA attendee list is available to current exhibitors only. Send your HTML file to our list through our email partner, Reach. Ask your account executive for more details.
The information in your EFA Connect profile will be pulled for use in the printed show directory. You must complete your profile, including selecting your product categories and entering your company’s description. This information is viewable online by attendees so completing your profile earlier will give you more exposure by turning up in attendees’ searches. The deadline for having your profile updated for inclusion in the directory is February 8. Log into EFA Connect >>
All exhibitors must register for EFA badges. Exhibiting companies will receive two exhibitor conference badges per 100 sq ft for booth staff use. Additional Exhibitor Conference or Exhibitor Expo-Only badges are available for purchase. Exhibitor badges are to be used by company personnel only. Access badge registration here >>
